Excellent Resource for anyone in healthcare

Maria Todd is truly one of a kind. She has done a phenomenal job in explaining complex concepts in simple and colorful words. The knowledge she presents in this book is extremely practical and stems from her experiences negotiating contracts.
It is definitely very difficult to find a resource like this book.
I highly recommend this book to every person who is involved in collecting payments in the managed care system. As a consultant to physicians for over a decade, I have yet to see such a powerful writing in this area.
